Terms of Exchange and Refund

You have 7 days from the dispatch date of your order to make exchanges and returns of the orders from our online store*. The return conditions:

• Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them.
• The items must have the original labels on.

*Please note that the item must be returned in its original packaging.

Individual and personalized orders can not be returned or exchanged.

Used items can not be returned.

By confirming your order, you agree to these terms.

Refund in Moscow and the Moscow Region

• To receive a refund, please ensure that the package contains the item in its original condition without any signs of use
• A completed refund application should be attached to the shipment, including full bank details.
  
• You can bring the package to our store at 2 Zvonarsky Lane, 5, or send it by courier service CDEK to the same address. Please contact us at +7 (985) 465-70-70 for more information

• If you want to return an international parcel, please use any express shipping company that operates in your country to send it back to us.
• After we process the refund, please contact us and provide us with the tracking number so that we can keep track of the package.
• Within 14 days of receiving your order, please transfer the parcel to the courier service of the transportation company. If you have already contacted us, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days after we receive the parcel in Moscow and verify that all return conditions have been met.

Refund

• The process of returning the goods to our store may take 2-7 business days in Russia and 4-14 business days for international deliveries.
• After we receive the returned items in Moscow and verify that all conditions for return are met, we will process your request within 1-2 business days and issue a refund*
• The funds will be transferred back to the bank from which the original payment was made. However, please note that the processing time may vary depending on your bank's transaction processing speed and may take up to 30 days. There is no cash option for refunds for purchases made via our online store. All refunds are equal to the original purchase amount

*Refunds are calculated without including delivery costs.

Please be aware that all shipping fees, as well as any customs or additional charges (for international orders), are the responsibility of the buyer and are subject to the rates of the transportation companies and customs regulations of the destination country.
