Pick-up

  • The delivery time is 1-3 working days
  • You can pick up your order yourself. To do so, select the "Pick-up" delivery option at the checkout
  • After placing an order, our manager will contact you to clarify all the details
  • You can pick up your order only on working days from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m (UTC +3). The pickup service is completely free

Shipping within Moscow and Moscow region

  • Delivery takes 1-3 working days
  • The cost of delivery by courier with the option of fitting*

- Free of charge within the Moscow Ring Road. If you refuse to accept the order, delivery will cost 800 rubles

- 1000 rubles for delivery within 20 kilometers of the Moscow Ring Road (further +30 rubles/km)

*If the order does not suit you, you can return it immediately to the courier. A refund can only be processed with a personal visit to our store in the future

  • When choosing delivery by CDEK, the delivery fee is calculated automatically
  • Orders are processed during business hours, from Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m (UTC +3)

Delivery within Russia

  • Delivery is carried out after full payment of the order
  • The delivery time and cost depends on the region. The delivery price is automatically calculated when placing an order
  • The CDEK courier service delivers orders within 2-7 working days
  • If you place an order on a Saturday or Sunday, the shipment will be delivered the next business day
  • Courier delivery within Russia and the CIS countries does not include the possibility of fitting or returning goods immediately

International delivery (including the CIS countries)

  • You can place an international order with our manager on phone +7 (985) 465-70-70 (WhatsApp, Telegram)
  • International delivery is carried out by express courier services DHL or EMS after full payment of the order on the website
  • The cost of delivery is calculated by our manager when you place an order and depends on the chosen courier service*
  • Delivery time around the world varies depending on the chosen transportation company
  • Cargo is usually picked up on business days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be shipped on the following business day
  • Please note that some non-CIS countries do not have courier delivery services. In these cases, you will receive a notification at your address informing you of the arrival of your shipment. You will then need to pick up the parcel from the nearest post office in your city
  • If your parcel has not arrived on time or you cannot track it, please contact our customer service team on +7 (985) 465-70-70.

* The cost of shipping is calculated without considering the taxes and duties in your country. It means your shipping costs could increase depending on your local tax system and customs rules. We recommend checking with your local authorities for up-to-date information on monthly limits, duty amounts, and customs clearance procedures before placing an order.

To track your order

After your order has been processed and sent to the delivery service, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.

If you do not receive your order within 30 days of receiving the tracking information, please contact our customer service team. We will investigate the situation and provide you with an update as soon as possible.
